Illinois Wines, we have about 20 different wines featured in our tasting room or enjoy one of our outdoor concerts or one of
our Festivals. Just finished bottling some favorites, now available for tasting and purchase-Carly's Creation, Cayuga White, Dry Seyval. Some favorites like Eric's Red and Jasmine's Moonlight are always nice and a new wine Priscilla's Passion named after Paul's mom made from LaCrosse grapes is becoming a favorite among our dry white wine drinkers. Sample full bodied dry and sweet red table wines, blush wines, sweet and dry white wines and two dessert wines for your enjoyment. Due to our climate we cultivate French American hybrid varietals such as Vignoles, Seyval Blanc, Baco Noir, Frontenac, Corot Noir, St Pepin and Cayuga White just to name a few. Wines are available for complimentary tasting and purchase by the bottle or glass to enjoy in our tasting room or out on one of our deck or patio areas.
