MACKINAW VALLEY RESERVE:This 05 Vintage is a blend of Baco Noir and St Croix. There are earthy tones with a hint of tart plum. The dryer, tangy flavor will add to pasta or beef.

ALEXANDER’S CONQUEST 2005 ($20): Named after my oldest son, Alexander, it is a blend of Foch, Frontenac and Cabernet grapes. The taste begins with a spicy onset, a hint of cloves and ends with a soft long finish. The wine is dry, medium in tannins and acids.
ERIC’S RED 2005 ($20): This slightly sweet red blend of Foch and Frontenac is named after my youngest son. The previous vintages were our most popular reds for the last 2 years. We think our 05 Eric’s Red will carry on that tradition and become everyone’s favorite daily red table wine.
RUBY RED 2005 ($20): “New release in 07” This 05 blend of Baco Noir, Foch, and Cabernet is now our sweetest red. The winemaker developed this sweet table wine to fulfill the requests of many loyal fans of sweet reds. Ruby Red complements any meat dish or stands alone chilled as a dessert red.
