Our wine tasting is complimentary. We only serve packaged cheese & crackers. Feel free to bring your own picnic basket of food. Groups of 12 or more, please contact us for wine tasting and/or tours.

Red Wines

NEW- Cole's Classic Dry Red

Table Wine

COLE's CLASSIC: ($22)We have just released a new dry Red Table Wine called Cole's Classic from the cellar. It has a pleasant full dark blackberry nose and flavors, dry and full with a light smoky touch on the finish.

ALEXANDER’S CONQUEST 06: ($22): Named after my oldest son, Alexander, it is a blend of Foch, Frontenac and Cabernet grapes. The taste begins with a spicy onset, a hint of cloves and ends with a soft long finish. The wine is dry, medium in tannins and acids.

 

 

 

ALEXANDER’S CONQUEST 07: ($22)

(Named after winemaker’s oldest son) This dryer 07 Vintage is a blend of Marchel Foch, Frontenac and Cabernet.  It’s off- dry, low in tannins and medium acidity.  A spicy onset with a hint of cloves, black currant and a soft long finish. 

 

ERIC’S RED  ($22): This slightly sweet red blend of Foch and Frontenac is named after my youngest son. The previous vintages were our most popular reds for the last 2 years. We think our 05 Eric’s Red will carry on that tradition and become everyone’s favorite daily red table wine.
RUBY RED 2005 ($22): “New release in 07” This 05 blend of Baco Noir, Foch, and Cabernet is now our sweetest red. The winemaker developed this sweet table wine to fulfill the requests of many loyal fans of sweet reds. Ruby Red complements any meat dish or stands alone chilled as a dessert red.
Dry White Wines

ST PEPIN ($10): “New for 07” This 04 grape was developed in Minnesota for cold hardiness. It is on the dry side with straw bouquet and Plum-Apricot flavors.

 

 

 

 CAYUGA WHITE(Dry):  ($15)One of the most productive grapes produces a wine with peach tones this version in a dry blend. Excellent to pair with a light meal, fruit, dessert, as well as on its own.

 

ADRIENNE’S HERITAGE WHITE 2002 ($10): A blend of Cayuga White and Chardonnay for those who enjoy a light bodied Chardonnay style wine. Serve with cheese and crackers, appetizers, chicken, pork, seafood & salad dishes.

RIESLING:($15) this is a new wine for 2009 a semi-sweet white wine with hints of peach and grapefruit citrus tones. A light wine for summer dining or desserts

SEYVAL: blue bottle ($15): This off-dry, lightly acidic white wine has citrus characteristics with a refreshing apple and pear finish. Serve cold with roasted pork, poultry, or white fish.
VIGNOLES ($15): A medium bodied, slightly sweet to dry white wine that displays a complex mix of tastes and aromas. Notes of fresh apples and a citrus tart flavor linger on the finish. Serve cold for a refreshing drink.

Two Grandpa's: This Semi Sweet table wine has  been a hit with our customers come in and try for yourself and pick up some new recipes for hot punches with Two Grandpa's as a mixer.

 

SUNSET RESERVE: this port style fortified wine is rich and sweet with a warm soft finish that fills the throat with black raspberry flavor

 

Blush Wines

 

 

NICOLE'S BLUSH: ($12)(named after the winemaker's daughter) Our version of a white zinfandel blended with Seyval and a red wine blend. It is a perfect compliment to cheese and crackers and light meals and desserts.

 

DIANE’S DESIRE: ($15) This sangria style wine (named after the winemaker’s wife) is a blend of Niagara, Baco Noir and Edelweiss with fruity undertones served best chilled with your favorite spicy dish or mixed with fresh fruit.

CARLY’S CREATION: ($12) A great concord wine (named after the winemaker’s daughter) best served chilled with light meal or dessert.

Semi & Sweet White Wines

JASMINE’S MOONLIGHT($15): This Niagara blend, named after our calico cat, it is a semi sweet wine great for desserts or just sipping on the patio in the moonlight.

SEYVAL (sweet): ($10)This sweeter version of our popular dryer white wine has the same citrus characters with a refreshing apple and pear finish.  Serve cold with roast, poultry or fish. 

CAYUGA WHITE Sweet($10): One of the most productive grapes creates a wine with peach tones. Cayuga White pairs well with a light meals, salads, fruits and desserts, as well as on its own. Pour over fruit compote and freeze for a refreshing summer “slushy” anytime.

 

 

 

VIGNOLES Sweet($15): A sweeter version of our tart dry Vignoles, it can be enjoyed as a dessert wine or stand alone as a refreshing treat.

 

EDELWEISS: ($15) this heirloom grape with floral tones has true grape flavor similar to a white concord .
