Bachelorette Parties

Thank you for considering the vineyard for your bachelorette party.

To host a party here during business hours with reserved space in the tasting room or out on the decks is $5 per person. During business hours if you are using the tasting room we limit the size of groups for parties to 30 or less. We also have a small more private party room adjacent to the tasting room that can seat a maximum of 20 people. * Our outdoor deck areas can hold larger groups and are used from mid May to early October.

Band Night Parties– To hold a party here on a band night, (Saturdays June through September, 7-11pm), with reserved space out on the decks is $5 per person for the reserved space fee and there is an additional $5 per person for the band cover fee, so it ends up being $10 per person. The $5 per person band cover is collected in the driveway when entering

After hours events in the tasting room

Sundays through Thursdays it is $350+tax for three hours for the main tasting room that seats a maximum of 100, there is an additional room that can be used to expand the space and that is $450 +tax for three hours to use both rooms.

Rental rates on Friday and Saturday evenings are $450 for three hours for the main tasting room and $550 for the main tasting room and additional party room space.  * Open hours are listed on our website.

*We don’ t rent the tasting room on Saturday evenings from June to September because of our band nights.

Conduct-In the effort to provide an enjoyable and family oriented environment for all our guests of all ages we do not allow the wearing or display of “adult” gag gifts or party items as party decorations.

Wine sampling-We have wine tasting that is complimentary with the first three tastings per person at the tasting bar. More wine can be sampled and it is $1 per sample after 3.  We usually have about 20 wines on our list.

Food and Drinks-If your group needs catering we use The Catering Company 309-678-9000, ask for Earl List. Small groups can bring their own foods. If you bring your own food it needs to be ready to serve because we have no kitchen facilities, refrigeration, preparation areas or food storage for guests to use. We have wine, beer, soda, tea and water for sale so we don’t allow any outside beverages only foods.
