Thank you for thinking of the vineyard for your reunion.
We do many reunions at the vineyard and they seem to work well for groups wanting either a casual feel or a more formal event. To inquire about hosting your event, please contact our Event coordinator by emailing email@example.com and include the following information- dates of interest, estimated number of guests, time frame you would like and we will send information and coordinate with you or your committee to help you plan a successful event.
Band Night Deck areas– An economical option for many reunions planning for up to 100 guests is to host the group on a band concert night with reserved deck seating. To host a reunion here with reserved deck seating it is $10per person. There is a $5 per person band cover fee that is collected when people enter, then there is the additional $5 per person + .34 tax seating reservation fee, totaling $10.68 per person. The person hosting the reunion is responsible for getting the final count in three weeks prior to the date and then collecting and paying the $5 per person + .34 tax seating fee at the tasting room the event night. To book a date there will be an agreement with all the reunion details and there will be a non-refundable deposit to hold the date, the deposit varies depending on the guest count.
Food Service or Catering– Our approved caterer is The Catering Company they can be reached at 309-678-9000 if the group would like catering. Small reunions can bring their own foods but they must be ready to serve as we have no kitchen space and no refrigeration space for food storage. Groups bringing their own foods must bring their own tableware, ice if needed and serving items.
Pavilion rental– larger reunion groups or smaller groups that would like a more formal atmosphere can rent the pavilion that seats up to 310 guests. The pavilion has its own bar service, food service and restrooms and is a private space for your group. Groups renting the pavilion on Saturday evenings June through September in the evening from 7-11pm use the band we hire for their entertainment and that saves them about $1000 to $2000 on renting a band for the event. Guests can use the pavilion patio for a dance floor or join the other guests on the grounds and dance down at the lakeside gazebo dance floor. The band schedule is listed on the website UPCOMING EVENTS tab. Pricing for the pavilion is done based on the number of guests and the amount of time it is used.
